Plenty of Money ; That's a hard thing to quantify for someone else. Not knowing your circumstance, I'm going out on a limb here and guessing you don't have enough OR you think that there might be A GOOOOOOD CHANCE you Might Run Out Sooner Rather than Later. I Can't think of anyone who thinks running out of money would be OK, Right. There are 3 kinds of money. 1) there is the money you've already earned and spent 2) there is the money your earning today , that is your income today. 3) then there is the money you've committed to, Mortgage , auto loan, credit cards. , that would be your Debt. IF you have very little, to not enough of #1 and can't do #3 anymore your # 2 is and should be you main focus. Someone once said that if your out go is more than your income than your upkeep will be your downfall. A recent study from the Bureau of labor statistics said that as little as an extra $300.00 would have kept more than 70% of people from filing bankruptcy.
